As far as the sales experience I was frustrated by the deceitful online price not being the true price if I did not finance with your dealership and then the manager being 'willing' to honor it and 'throw deceitful online price not being the true price if I did not finance with your dealership and then the manager being 'willing' to honor it and 'throw in' a warrant package. Only to then be told I still needed to buy the 3 thousand dollar warrant after I had gotten the check from my bank. Additionally before taking it off the lot I noticed 2 issues which I brought to the sales team attention and was scheduled for service today 11/27. After sitting in the service area for an hour I was told I would have to come back again because you did not have a single part that was needed for the service which was scheduled 6 days before I arrived. I now have wasted 2 hours of time between travel and sitting there only to have to come back to waste more time. More
