My husband and I just purchased a Dodge Ram Black Widow from Ashley at Route 1 and we had nothing but an amazing experience! We are from Illinois and when my husband found this truck he had to have it. A from Ashley at Route 1 and we had nothing but an amazing experience! We are from Illinois and when my husband found this truck he had to have it. Ashley was super prompt and definitely wanted to get a sale! She was always pleasant and she did her best to get us to the price we wanted! Just recently my husbands brand new truck wouldn't start. We had it towed to a dealership near our home and was told that we had to pay for repairs. I called Ashley up and she immediately spoke with her sales manager and service manager and determined that the problem was most definitely covered under the factory warranty by Dodge. She then had her Service manager call the small town dealership our truck was at and rectified the problem and the truck was fixed that same day!! The small town dealership was even impressed with how quick everything was taken care of. Would highly recommend this dealership and of course my new bestie, Ashley!! Thanks a million for my husbands dream truck!! More
