My wife also thought very highly of everyone/everything and she totally does not like the car buying process. The car buying experience is only the start though; now we must carry the process through maintenance/service... that’s the “comeback” for me. Again to reiterate for now all is above & beyond great. Good experience overall so far Kelvin was perfect. Only minor issue is that I wandered around the lot for 10 minutes and the show room for 5 minutes without anyone asking if I neede Kelvin was perfect.
