I just bought a 2018 Grand Cherokee Limited from this dealership a few months ago and had great experience so naturally, I returned when I needed to purchase a vehicle for my daughter. I found the vehicle I wanted on their website and called for an appointment. I was told the car would be ready for me to test drive when I got there. When I arrived, the salesperson I had an appointment with was not there. I was told to sit at a desk where I remained for 20 mins without being helped. Finally the manager came over and told me he would be helping me. I find out that the car that was supposed to be ready was not, it took them another 20 mins to get it out. I was finally led out to the car. When I asked to drive the car the manager looked very surprised and seemed put out that I wanted to drive it. When we hit the road, it was really odd... the manager did not say one word. If I did not say a couple things, nothing would have been said....awkward. When we get to the dealership, they did not initially honor the price on the internet. After quite a while, they finally did but would not come a nickel down from there. I was most surprised that at no point was I thanked for coming back to their dealership after just buying a car from them a few months ago,... they could've cared less. I would describe my experience as odd and cold. I walked out and the next day got a great deal and experience at Pellegrino in Woodbury. More
