As a U.S. Marine veteran, he carries himself with the same integrity and dedication you’d expect, and it shows in the way he treats his customers. His extensive years of auto sales experience was noticeable by his patience, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right vehicle for my needs—never pushing, always listening. I also want to recognize James Cavallaro, the General Manager, whose leadership clearly sets the tone for the dealership. Good deal on the vehicle. Very nice sales team. I had a good experience until it was time to pay. I already had funding through my bank and an interest rate 2 percentage point Very nice sales team. I had a good experience until it was time to pay. I already had funding through my bank and an interest rate 2 percentage points lower than their financing. I had to use Route 1's financing then refinance bc they were not willing to work with my bank. The second issue was that I was sold a protection package for the vehicle that I did not need. My vehicle came with the full manufacturers warranty so the additional package that I was sold was superfluous. Other than those two items it was a great experience and I would work with this dealership again. More
