I ourchased a Hyundai Kona from Christian yesterday and here’s what he didn’t do that made it a pleasant experience. He didn’t immediately show me the car’s flashiest features. He slowly walked me around the car with all the doors opened and took his time explaining everything to me. When it was time to negotiate he didn’t immediately bring over his sales manager to pressure me. We sat for a good long while working out the deal ourselves though eventually a manager and the dealer’s owner popped by to introduce themselves. After I completed the paperwork he spent even more time explaining the ins and outs of my new car to me and helping me set up my phone etc.. If you hate buying new cars as much as I do make an appointment with Christian. More
