Joe has a great down to earth personality and he went way out of his way to answer all the questions I had about my new car. As a military service member, DCN Hyundai treats their military great! From my experience, Joe Stanzione personally goes way above and beyond for service members and law enforcement. Even a week after my purchase he kept in touch to make sure I was enjoying my new car, how many salesmen actually care after you leave the lot? Go here and make sure you ask for Joe if you want a great experience, a great price, and be out of there in no time! I highly recommend him as a salesman! More

I went above his head to Iggy and he did the same thing I will never buy here or refer any on the this place. I suggest that you don't use this dealership, Brad benson was much better at treating there customers. What a disgrace More

Horrific Customer Service & Liars The worst customer service experience. I thought Brad Benson was awful. Called for 2 weeks without being able to get someone on the phone. I asked repeatedly to speak to anyone Manager Craig and GM Igi both were not able to follow through on anything they promised including returning a phone call. I had to drive to the dealership just to be promised a call and resolution to my issue by today and still no response. Even the receptionist continually ignored my phone calls. Do not waste your time! They are liars and don't care about their customers. Now over a month since I purchased and my trade in is still not paid off and I have not received my registration for the new vehicle. More
Finally! I brought my car in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. I scheduled my appointment on line. The price for the oil change ($34.95) was covered I brought my car in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. I scheduled my appointment on line. The price for the oil change ($34.95) was covered under my maintenance agreement. The charge for the tire rotation ($19.95) was not. Ron LaMagra did the intake when I arrived. He informed me I would be charged $34.95 for the oil change and $29.95 for the tire rotation. I explained the oil change was covered under my maintenance agreement. He said the maintenance agreement only covers 2 years/24000 miles. I replied, "That's funny since I purchased a 3 year/ 36000 mile plan". Lucky for me I had a copy of the service agreement, since this is NOT the first time I have been hassled for this very thing. I then asked him why the tire rotation is $29.95. When I booked the appointment the evening before the charge on the website was $19.95. Why did the charge increase $10.00 overnight? He said the $19.95 fee was with a coupon. Really? My confirmation from the website said $19.95 and did not mention a coupon. Ron could see I was starting to get flustered as it is frequently a hassle when I bring the car in for service. He confirmed the cost of the oil change was covered under my maintenance agreement. He then apologized and waived the cost of the tire rotation. Finally! Someone went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction! He also had the services completed quickly. I arrived early for my appointment and did not have to wait for the original scheduled time. Thank you, Ron! More
