We spoke to Manning on the phone regarding leasing a 2013 Sonata. We wanted to compare Connecticut prices to Brad Benson's. Manning immediately quoted us a price which blew us away. We were somewhat skeptical and he convinced us that his price was the "out the door" price and there would be no extra fees tacked on than what we had discussed. Within a day, he located us the vehicle we wanted with extra options at the same price. Manning guided us through this process with confidence and convinced us to make the trip to New Jersey. After talking with the local dealers in Connecticut, they all said the same thing...Beware of Brad Benson, do not buy from them, they are not going to stick to their word and will add on a bunch of extra fees. We took the drive, met Manning and were more than satisfied right from the get go. The final deal was even better than he had promised. Manning contacted us several times with no pressure and guaranteed the deal. He prepped the car and went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy and that the sales process was smooth and friendly. He was personable, knowledgeable, and truthful which made the car buying experience an excellent one! You do not find car dealers that treat you the way the he treated us these days. The CT dealers that we spoke to could not be any more wrong. I would recommend Brad Benson Hyundai to anyone that is interested in buying a Hyundai or Mitsubishi. It was well worth the drive and sitting in traffic to locate this car and I would do it again for how Manning conducted himself and did business. Brad Benson is quite the dealership and we were impressed with how many cars he had on his lot. We had never seen this many Hyundai's sitting in one lot before. If for some reason they don't have the vehicle you want, they will locate it for you without a problem. Not only do they have the best deals, but I would highly recommend Manning to anyone that goes here and will guarantee that you will see what I am describing from him. Somehow, we got lucky getting paired with him on the phone and we were glad we did. The next day, we are still raving about the car and how lucky we were to get Manning to take care of us. There is no doubt in my mind that you will get the exact same courtesy and professionalism from Manning if you ask for him. He was such a genuine person and we really can't say enough about him. Dealer lied to me about having particular car with particular model in stock. Told him that I was not interested in any other car but they assured me it was there. It was not. When I told other dealers of this experience, they all groaned or stopped me at Brad... they knew the drill. Not recommended, especially for women. Hard sell tactics. Avoid. More
I went to Brad Benson and met up with Daniel from finance. My husband and I brought a car from their last year. He hooked me up with Manny. OMG! That was the best move he made for me. I told him my budget. He kept working with the banks to get me what was satisfactory for my wallet. I was there so long that he even took me to get my paycheck from my job. He did this in his personal vehicle. I really appreciated after all I was there for a total of 8 hours that day. I hadn't expected that. He is a wonderful salesman. He made me feel like I've known for a long time. As a matter of fact when he took me to get my check the guy in payroll wife was there. She asked me whose car was I was in. I told her that was my cousin in there driving and it was his car. I told Manny about it when I got in the car. We laughed about it. It was funny though. He's a good guy. I would not have a problem recommending anybody to go and see him if they wanted to buy a car because I know he would treat them right. That's the type of guy he is. Some people sell cars for a living. Some people sell themselves and in the process sell a car. That's what he did. He sold himself to me. If I didn't like his mannerisms, the respect he showed, the kindness, or the approach I would have just walked away and drove off the lot in the same old beat car I came there in. Spoke with Manning on the phone on monday.I gave some info on what type of car I was interested in.He in turn gave me some price info.Which proved to be very helpfull.Itold Manning I would be in on tuesd info on what type of car I was interested in.He in turn gave me some price info.Which proved to be very helpfull.Itold Manning I would be in on tuesday AM.We went over some numbers.Manning and his manager Ed Navaez were very helpfullthey, they were able to get me in to the car i wanted at the price I was able to pay.This deal took a number of hrs.to complete.Both men worked very hard to bring this deal to a close.Danny Feldman did the paper work and i received my car.Manny went over the car with me.The shop did a great job getting the car ready to go and they all saw me off in my 2012 Hyundia Santa Fe.This all happend in about 4 hrs.Thank You Brad Benson hyundia. I have never leased a car before, so was very leery at the many questions Ed was asking me. When I asked him to explain, he did. The overall experience was great but I was there for a very long time. Sammy and Mike made my latest visit very pleasurable and they were very helpfull in my decision to lease a 2012 Vercruz. I had the 2011 Veracruz but was asked to come in to see the newer models and added fe they were very helpfull in my decision to lease a 2012 Vercruz. I had the 2011 Veracruz but was asked to come in to see the newer models and added features. The 2012 had the blue-tooth feature and other upgrades that I really thought was required especially blue tooth. Turns out the Veracruz was being demoed by Brad Bensen himself so it was kinda cool and honorable. I believe Brad will sign the dash-board for vehicles that he demos. Sammy reviewed all the car features and throughly went over all apects of the car dealership, sales, service center etc... I would highly recommend this dealership (as now this is my 4th Hyundai) to all my fiends and family. Also recommend they see both Sammy and Mike when thay need a new car need to make a deal. Anyone I refer will have to see Felix Nieves for a salesperson. I had previously visited the Freehold Hyundai before going to Brad Benson and the experience is not in any way comparable. Brad Benson (Rich & Manning) were fantastic!! I would definitely recommend Brad Benson to family & friend and will most likely be back for a new car or lease in the future.
