Initially, I have to admit, I was suckered in. I drove away with a new car and a 20 day non-resident sticker on my rear windsheild instead of plates and reg. They said i would have 'any day'. Two days left on temporary pass, I called and was treated snydly and told "we will pay if you get a ticket!!" That was actually their answer! They told me to expect the plates "in a couple of days"! When I said I only had two left, their response was "Well, that's a couple of days. I failed to see the humor! I was also guaranteed my payoff check for my current vehical would arrive promptly. After two weeks, when I still hadn't received it and the payment was due, they told me it would take at least 30 days! I could own a Mercedes for what I had to pay in car payments that month. Buyer be-ware!! Stay away from this dealer! More

I recently purchased two new cars from this dealership. There is a safety issue that needs to be corrected on both cars; specifically the auto lock system. I contacted the service department four times over the last 10 days, and have yet to get a response. First call-service manager out and leave message. He will return call. Never heard back Second call-service manager on break, will call back. Never called Third call-Service manager in meeting, will call back. Never called Fourth call--he is in building, but not available. Will call back. Never called. Although they think they are #1 in sales, clearly they are not in service. The attitude of the people answering calls is indifferent. I am disappointed in their lack of response to a rather simple issue. Can't help but wonder if I had a major problem what would happen. Brad Benson Hyundai sales dept. will actually chase you down in the parking lot to keep you from leaving. VERY high pressure, and they know it but don't really care. He also stated a price over the phone and then lied to his manager about ever saying it! These people are all highway robbers! They do not even bother to go over the car with you. Extremely over priced, so the trip to freehold or anywhere else is worth it! Totally shady 'benson' window stickers that add 9k to the original MSRP. Buyers beware!! Horrible and very rude service. Went there for their "deal". They try to bully you into taking the first deal, and then they "pretend" to go back and forth to get you a better deal and come down on the price. I almost had an argument with the finance guy when he told me credit doesn't matter when it comes to the price! C'MON GUY ARE YOU KIDDING!!! Then when the website advertised "$1000 cash if you buy a new Hyundai", they told me I did not qualify for that but couldn't give me a real reason. We did buy the Hyundai (because our old Hyundai was on it's last leg) but sent letter to NJ Consumer Affairs and BBB explaining about the $1000 scam. Guess what?-After 6 months, I got my $1000 after an investigation was held!!! People should not have to fight for themselves when it comes to buying a new car, it's frustrating enough. I will never recommend this dealer nor will I visit this dealership again. I go to another Hyundai dealer for all of my maintenance on my new Hyundai. I won't even display the Brad Benson license plate holder!! More

When you are negotiating your financing, they add the freight and destination fees in again! So the discount you thought you got off the sticker price is no longer in play, you really are paying about $1600 over the price you accepted as your final price. Then read your contract carefully, even if you say no to an extended warranty, they will check the "no box" but charge you for the extended warranty anyway. THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND I WILL NEVER PURCHASE A CAR FROM THEM! I WAS TIPPED OFF BY ANOTHER DEALERSHIP THAT THIS IS WHY THEIR PRICING SEEMS SO ATTRACTIVE BECAUSE THEY SCREW WITH THE NUMBERS AND GET YOU IN THE END!!! RUN FROM THIS PLACE AS FAST AS YOU CAN AND BY THE WAY THE SALES GUYS SUCK!!! More

Do not trust their ads for 30% off. They are rude and will have you sitting with 3-4 different managers as they give you the run around. This dealer sells cars $4,000 - $6,000 over MSRP in order to offer "cash-back" deals that never come to fruition. I financed 10K over sticker and the bank through which I financed was told nothing about any to offer "cash-back" deals that never come to fruition. The dealer therefore established a loan for principle that was not recieved by the financee. AVOID THESE xxxxxxxx AT ALL COSTS. AVOID this BUM! He has an "F" rating with the Better Business Bureau. They will bait you in with cash back; but the car is already marked up by the amount offered. Their next trick is to offer you GAP insurance and an extended warranty. When you say you don't want it, Magic Mike in finance will tell you he was able to get it for you at no extra cost. When you try to get him on the phone, HE WILL NOT RESPOND! When I called Better Business to complain, I was was told by them to contact the N.J Attorney General and specifically mention his BBB rating. This BUM should put out of business. A class action lawsuit might get his attention! More
