Service department person tried to overcharge my 22 years old son on unnecessary repairs he suggested. When I walked with Mitsubishi Lancer book in hands and asked explaining where he can see in book that co old son on unnecessary repairs he suggested. I walked in to buy a 2011 Hyundai Accent. I wanted a vehicle that was great on gas and offered a great value. After speaking with Ed Rubino, I walked away with a new 2011 Elantra for a price that was a vehicle that was great on gas and offered a great value. I would definately recommend Brad Benson to you if you are going to buy a Hyundai. I drove back my new Sonata after 2 hours there, taking the test drive, negotiating the price and went through the financi are going to buy a Hyundai. The internet sales manager(David Testa) is nice, patient and very honest. He was trying to break down every details to me and was straight up with what he can do and cannot. Went to buy a new car for my wife. Was quoted a price on Tuesday but nothing ever said about conditions which were injected on Wednesday when I returned with my wife so she could pick a color. The sales mgr said the price was contingent on the car being in stock and the color my wife chose was not in stock so the price was higher by several thousand dollars. Walked out and went back on Thursday where they raised the price of the other car which was in stock and the original car which my wife wanted was not even more. They also said the price was contingent on financing through the dealership, something they never said before. Went to another dealer Thursday evening and purchased the car which my wife now drives. Never, ever go to this dealership. They are degrading and lie easily. The saleman, Manny, was not part of the negative experience as he was nothing but courteous and professional. Watch out for the supposed sales managers. I have left word for Mr. Benson to call me and also wrote a letter to him so he can be aware of my experieces. BAD!!!! BAD!!!! BAD!!!! More

From the time I was greeted by Anthony Dragotti who introduced us to Felix N. our Salemen, David C. the Manger and Jason O. who took care of our paperwork, we were treated like family. We visited Brad Benson recently to look at a car for my daughter but had no intention of buying a vehicle that evening. What impressed me was the customer service that they provided us from making sure they knew what features were important to my daughter to Felix tredging through the snow in the lot to bring 4 or 5 different cars for my daughter to look at. I arrived at the dealer about 7PM & left around 11pm with a new 2011 Sonata, a Happy daughter, a great price, and best of all I didn't have the usual new car negotiating headache. I would like to THANK everyone at Brad Bensen for making this the best experience I have ever had while purchasing a vehicle. I will be sure to recommend to Brad Benson to my family & friends when they are shopping for a new vehicle. Besides the great customer service I received, you should look at the new Hyundai vehicles since they are really nice & loaded with cool features. More
We were in search of a reliable and dependable car for our daughter who lives in LA. Danny Feldman was wonderful in helping us get what we wanted, a new Hyundai Elantra, in less than 3 hours. We drove the car to LA immediately - a 3,000 mile trip and it was a pure pleasure...the drive and the car! Danny convinced us that the vehicle warranty and the JP Powers rating that the Elantra was the car that would handle the LA Freeways the best. The price we paid for the car was the price we wanted, the negotiation process was very simple! The financing was amazingly easy too. Becasue the car is now in California we have never used the Service Department so we can't comment on that aspect of the dealership. More
Although this dealership has MANY negative reviews, if you do your homework and ask the right questions, they absolutely honor the deal they give you. Because visiting this dealership would require hours of travel, I asked for a phone quote, which NO ONE EVER GIVES! They realized that without "the number", I would not come down, so they gave a phone price quote. That to me was a great show of faith and in return I promised not to use that number to blackmail another dealer. The most important question I asked was whether the final price included the $720.00 delivery charge (destination charge?) that is clearly listed on the factory MSRP and they assured me that it did. When we were ready to sign, the sales manager was surprised that this $720 amount was included, but after he checked with someone else, he agreed that it was and the price quoted was the final price we paid. We visited on a Saturday, their busiest day, but at no time did we feel neglected or ignored even after we agreed to buy. On the contrary, the staff kept checking with us offering food and drinks and apologizing for relatively short delays between steps involved in new car purchases. Also noteworthy, I have never dealt with a finance manager as helpful, friendly, or willing to work with you as Richie! When it comes to the money, they all turn nasty. Not true for Richie at Brad Benson. Would I recommend this dealership? Yes I would provided you are not an annoying consumer! Shop others first and go there when you are ready to buy (or shop there not on Saturday). Ask what is included in the price (especially the delivery charge). If you are like me and try to work by phone, don't expect anything in writing; it's not fair to them. I found them true to their word and the price I paid was the price they quoted. Nothing hidden - nothing sneaky. They are working to improve their image and hopefully future customers will be treated as well as I was. More
