Excellent, Quick, Service! I brought my Santa Fe in for the 7500 mile service. In addition they did a recall service. I was greeted quickly and courteously. I was directed to the coffee pot where there were snacks available. While waiting, someone from the dealership came around with a box of Dunkin Donuts (a nice touch). I waited there for my vehicle. In a reasonable amount of time my Service Representative told me that I was "ready to go". A nice experience! More

The service provided by this dealership is sorely lacking. I got my car here -- but since then (1 year!) I have been mightily unhappy with the service they provide. Here's just a sampling: -- A car rear-end I got my car here -- but since then (1 year!) I have been mightily unhappy with the service they provide. Here's just a sampling: -- A car rear-ended me and the car needed to be repaired. After most of the repairs were completed, the automatic trunk did not work. I needed to bring the car into the dealership twice before that was fixed -- b/c the first time I brought it in, no one could figure out what was wrong. -- In January 2018, I brought in the key fob to get a new battery. One month later, the battery was dead. When I called to complain, the service man told me that "oh -- the batteries die more quickly when it's cold out." (FYI: the first battery lasted a year.) They did replace the battery for free. --One month later, the battery died again. I had it replaced with a battery I purchased separately. I also switched to the backup key fob -- One month later, (five days ago) I went in for a regular maintenance checkup. (There are just over 11,000 miles on my car.) DCN checked the car and replaced the oil. While there, I mentioned the problem with the battery-eating key fob, which I handed over. They replaced the battery (which once again had died) and "marked it." They asked me to use that battery until it died, which I did. This morning -- the car won't start. It is on complete lockdown -- I can't even use the key fob to get into the car. Furthermore, the service dept is completely booked -- AND they can't give me a loaner vehicle till it gets fixed. I am not happy. More
