Mike from the finance side, told me the bank would not approve me for a lease deal and my only option was to finance then he told me the bank wouldn't approve me for a Santa fee calligraphy trim I have to approve me for a lease deal and my only option was to finance then he told me the bank wouldn't approve me for a Santa fee calligraphy trim I have to get an SEL trim which was around 40k he said if I want a higher trim I would need to put down 8k at least so I ended up getting the SEL trim which was 40k came home after 24hours I got my online account details I checked up the Hyundai financing site and the car price was showing at 53k without any interest or fees so basically they did a massive fraud with me sold me a 40k car for 55k and it's been a week I've been fighting with them trying to return the car every day they give me a new excuse. I went to the Acura dealership after 2 days, and they approved me for a 70k car on lease with 1000 down. So don't buy from here. They're lying and scamming people who trust them. I'm looking at my options, and I've already spoken with Hyundai Corporate, who will look up legal options as well. Special, don't trust anything Mike tells you from the finance side. More

Had disappointing experience. Each time it went up by thousands. Was ready to leave delearship with a new car that day or next day. No one likes surprises. Salesman was nice guy but when a price is quoted it shouldn’t change. Causes list of trust. Been buying new cars for 50 years , this has never happened before. I then called back to make sure I shouldn’t come back in, and nothing changed. More
