The financial consultant C (that is what he referred himself to) was also a pleasure to work with, and, to my pleasant shock, even gave me a 500 dollar gift card, something I did not expect! (did I mention that they deducted 500 dollars of my bill for my old clunker, when I considered getting rid of it for fifty bucks?).
