Not only was the car buying (leased a 2013 Elantra) pleasant, it was rather easy with no haggling. I told Manning what I wanted and he worked with the finance manager to get me EXACTLY what I wanted. I walked in on Monday and left with the car that same afternoon. Manning is an exceptional sales person- he listened to the needs of his client; rather than selling me a car, he advised me of my options after listening to what I needed and then brought a car to my attention that was exactly what I wanted. We did not go back an fourth about the price/payments. I told them my budget, I got a car,it was that simple. I did state I came from Suffolk County Long Island right? Manning and his team went the extra mile and actually delivered the car to my home that very day. I had driven myself down to the dealer thinking at best, I would sign paperwork and return another day to take delivery but they amazed me even more by getting everything done that day and then DELIVERED IT TO MY DRIVEWAY more than 65 miles away. The car is great, does exactly what I need it to do and the quality is far better than I imagined. It also performed extremely well in the snow we just had.
