Thanks for follow up. My opinion is honest and as it is. Sales person told me, it comes with IPAD cable, It didnt. 2: sales person kept pointing at break oil as steering oil. These are just minor stuff but it shows how much sales person knows about the car. I can point out other stuff but I dont want to go in detail. Nothing biased toward you, this will help you ensure every sales person knows car better. Also I noticed that, on the floor your team didnt care about customers. People were hanging out as normal without any care. I have been to many dealership and these minor things matter. I wish you good luck. Thanks
