Went there to look at a car for my son and ended up with a veloster for him and another veloster for me. Sammy and Paymon did their best to give me a price I could work with. From the moment I met our saleman Steve Landesman until the moment we signed all the paperwork, Steve was right there to assist us and answer any questions we had. I think what impressed me the most was the way he was so detailed with pointing out all the features (from bumper to bumper) on the 2013 Elantra, we were thinking of buying. I've purchased several new vehicles from other dealerships in the past, but I've never received that sincere, caring, courteous feeling from other salemans, like the way we were treated by Steve. Most other dealerships just tell you to browse around and then let them know when you've found what you're looking. I'm please that Brad Benson Hyundai doesn't operate that way. Those guys are the best. My hat goes off for Steve Landesman and Ed Narvaez for giving us that VIP treatment and for making us feel so special. Frank Casey More

I received a flyer in the mail from Brad Benson Hyundai to trade in my existing lease for an upgrade so I contacted them via telephone to let them know I was coming in to see my options. The salesman I dealt with on the phone was named Felix Nieves. As soon as I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by smiling faces and many employees eager to help me answer any questions I may have. Upon my initial meeting of the gentleman that was to be my salesperson I have to say I was a bit hesitant at first since I expected to encounter a "typical pushy salesman" and I have to tell you my salesperson Felix Nieves was anything but your average pushy salesman!! From the minute I met him I was greeted with a big smile and a handshake; he was very cordial, asked questions, offered a beverage and asked me for my wish list rather than trying to just set me up in what he thought would benefit him and his company. My concerns, finances and needs were top on his list. Felix used a very different approach from most salesman I have encountered; the "human approach". I was treated like a human being and not just like a commission he was trying to make. He was very patient, articulate, not at all pushy, informative, and took the time to show me different options of vehicles that would fit my budget and showed me different colored models rather than limiting me to 2 or 3 colors. Felix has a great deal of product knowledge on all of the different makes and models and once I answered a few questions he had a car waiting out front for me to test drive. No high pressure sales here; just a person looking to get you a great deal! I also had the pleasure of encountering the sales manager I dealt with when I purchased my first Hyundai; Tom Masta; who not only remembered me, but was also very down to earth and eager to help and answer questions if Felix needed to step away from his desk. Once it came time to negotiate on a make and model of my choice I was then greeted by one of the sales managers, a gentleman named Keith who was just as nice and helpful as Felix. He approached me with a very big smile and took the time to listen to my financial needs and gave me several different buying options that would fit my budget. Once the deal was closed I met up with another gentleman named Gerritt Stam (who finalized all of the paperwork)and he was also just as pleasant as the other two gentleman I was working with! What a GREAT car buying expereince!!! This is the second time I have used Brad Benson Hyundai for my auto needs and I have to say this place is definitely doing something right!!! The showroom was packed with car buyers and the deals they offer are very fair. They are in the process of expanding their lot to make way for new cars and their selection is hard to beat. I was once a Toyota owner but have switched to Hyundai since they offer so much more for your money. My new 2013 Hyundai Elantra is a dream come true!! It drives like a dream and I have already received a ton of compliments on it! You must check out Brad Benson Hyundai and ask for Felix Nieves to help you select your next vehicle--you will NOT be disappointed. A second time VERY SATISFIED Brad Benson Hyundai Buyer---I strongly recommend this dealership and the fine staff they have working for them. Bill was such a pleasure to work with, he was respectful of my decisions and did not pressure me which definitely was the reason I returned to purchase my Elantra. The wait was about five hours which was not to bad because other salesmen were friendly and talkative. Was a bit surprised by some of the higher management and how they were sometimes demanding of their salespeople. Felt a little awkward watching them yell at the sales people in frustration. Made me not want to be so nice. Bill himself was extremely knowledgeable and educated me on the entire purchasing experience which I was very thankful for. It's been a whole week with my Elantra and I'm still in love. Prices were decent and the staff really wanted you to leave happy and sure of what you were able to purchase, my only advice to improve is the parking situation for sales, that was frustrating on a Saturday afternoon. I would also recommend a bit more discretion in how communication between the staff is expressed. More
Went to Brad Benson with a chance to start fresh w my credit. I am currently going through a divorce, my car was hitting the need repair mode with 125000 miles, had very little to put down, I needed a ne credit. Felix worked with me, showed compassion to my situation and with some work he was able to get me the second chance in life that I needed. I work for a great company Lowes Home Improvement, I work with and meet a lot of people, I will definety recommend this dealership and salesperson Felix Nieves. More

The manager was very pushy, arrogant, ill-mannered and good for breaking the made deals i would say. I dropped the idea for buying it from Brad Benson dealership after arrogant talk of manager. Sorry Felix, you were good but your manager does not know how to get the deal done though he know how to break them. Would never recommended to my other close friend who are looking to buy another car. More
