Overall a Good Experience While looking for a car for my wife we visited Fleming Hyundai twice. We were not happy with the salesperson there, so I decided to try Hyundai of Sou While looking for a car for my wife we visited Fleming Hyundai twice. We were not happy with the salesperson there, so I decided to try Hyundai of South Brunswick. WHAT I LIKED: I met with Gaurav and found him to be very helpful. He took the time to explain all the features of the 2019 Santa Fe SEL, which I eventually purchased. He went with me on the test drive, made sure I experienced all the safety features, and patiently answered all my questions. Price negotiations were friendly. Gaurav worked with me and went dutifully back and forth with his manager several times to get to a final agreement. I was not expecting to buy a car that day and so did not have the title with me for my trade-in. Additionally, the trade-in was in my wife’s name. Even so they let me take the new car home. I come back with my wife and the title later that evening. When I was about to drive away, Gaurav realized that the car did not floor mats, which were part of the package. He ran off and got a set and put them in for me. He could have easily let me drive off without them. COULD HAVE BEEN BETTER: After getting to a reasonable price on the new car, they offered next to nothing for the trade, not even close the low end of the Kelly book price. To their credit they quickly agreed on a fair trade-in price. I got tagged for an extra $95 at signing, because they entered the wrong weight class when initially calculating registration costs. A very minor thing, not worth fighting over, but it irked me. The whole process took well over 3 hours and unfortunately in the end they could not locate the second set of keys. I had to go back for them a few days later. OVER ALL: My wife and I are very happy with our new car. I feel I got a good deal and was treated well overall. Gaurav was very good overall and made sure I got my second set of keys. I will go back to Hyundai of South Brunswick when I’m ready to replace my car. More

I would say by far this has been the best car buying experience I’ve had working while working with Hyundai. Bruce was an excellent sales man, he greeted myself and my mother at the door. He listened to exactly what I wanted and brought the car to me. When i wasn’t sure and wanted to see a different trim he didn’t complain he went and got it without hesitation. I settled on the first car I saw, he was very informative and explained all its functions during our test driving. And while doing all the paper work which took forever he brought me and mother sandwich’s to eat. Andrey who’s also a part of their finance time was great to work with as well. I would recommend this dealership to anyone, definitely made me feel like my voice mattered and took the time to work with me. Loving my 2019 Tucson. More

I was pleasant;y suprised this morning when I went back to my original dealer (DCN Hyundai) which is under new ownership (Hyundai of Suth Brunswick). My salesman Noor was understanding and easy to work with. The numbers were not working out the way I needed them to, I was then introduced to Stan, the new owner of the dealership. In my many years of leasing, I have never had the owner get so involved in trying to get the deal done.At the end of the day, we made the deal and I was glad I returned to this "new" dealer to upgrade.
