BE AWARE OF GAP INSURANCE ISSUES (RESOLVED) + Registration/Title Paperwork delays with this dealer! (see updates below) First off, thanks to Anthony and Abanobe, great salesmen who were upfront and honest about my purchase from this dealership. I got a Mitsubishi Mirage G4 from here on July 2nd 2025 and they made me feel welcome and didn't try to upsell me on anything. Great salesmen overall and happy with my purchase thus far. UPDATE #1: Now onto the ugly and for the 1 star review edit: I had gotten GAP insurance from them when buying my G4. No problems so far. On July 23, I tried to cancel it within the 30 day full refund cancellation period. Was told it was not processed, come back again on August because they would process it by August. Sounds fair, I'll come back by then. Come back today, August 1. Was given the run around and I figured to call their GAP insurance administrator, APPI, in case. Had the APPI rep speak to the manager, Luis, and what was revealed was none of the GAP contracts since January had been paid to APPI. According to the APPI rep, this meant that technically I'm not covered by APPI's GAP policy. At this time I brought the phone over to the general manager, Luis. The rep spoke to Luis and had mentioned the previous detail, to which Luis replied that it was information that should not be disclosed to customers. EDIT 8/11/2025: I removed this paragraph of the review per what was relayed to me information wise by the dealer per their agreement with APPI. That being said, AVOID buying gap insurance until this is further addressed by the dealer! I've been given the run around twice now in two different visits and it has made me wary of approaching the dealer moving forward. Great salespeople though they were very nice during my initial purchase. UPDATE #2: I have spoken with Luis and am possibly seeing a resolution Monday. I accidentally deleted this review earlier when I meant to edit it. I will keep this review updated with further updates. UPDATE #3: On 8/6/2025, the manager, Luis, sent me a copy of the cancellation receipt for the GAP insurance. Which I am thankful for and moving the review to 2 stars. I will wait for this cancellation check to come back to the lender before fully confirming it. But I also received another update today that the DMV has not received ANY paperwork for my car, meaning no title, registration, or plates. My tags have expired 7/31/2025. I thought it was a holdup with the DMV, but it is actually the dealer. Very disappointing to learn about. More

I had to bring my mitsubishi outlander phev in for service. Adam, the service manager was amazing! He quickly greeted me and went over everything that they were going to do, He answered all of my que service. Adam, the service manager was amazing! we bought a brand new Mitsubishi outlander the end of December a day before Christmas only to find out a few weeks later that our dealership had closed and so did several others in our area we travel two December a day before Christmas only to find out a few weeks later that our dealership had closed and so did several others in our area we travel two hours to Allendale to get our car serviced yesterday.
