They sold me a vehicle without having the proper paperwork in hand to register it. They issued me a 4-week temporary plate, and only ONE DAY before that plate expires, I learned that they haven’t even submitted my registration because they are still missing the paperwork needed to do so. At no point during the past four weeks was this communicated to me. Now I am about to be left with a vehicle I legally cannot drive because of an issue entirely on their end. Since the sale was completed, getting any meaningful support has been nearly impossible. My calls are avoided, I get vague or nonsensical responses, I have repeatedly been unable to speak with a manager, and there seems to be absolutely zero urgency or incentive to help once they have your money. Selling someone a vehicle when you are not in possession of the documentation necessary to register it, then allowing their temporary registration to nearly expire before disclosing the problem, is completely unacceptable. I am now submitting a formal complaint with the appropriate business licensing authorities and documenting the entire situation. I strongly recommend anyone considering purchasing a vehicle here exercise extreme caution and make sure they can prove they have all title and registration paperwork in hand before you give them any money. After agreeing on the price of the car, I returned later that week to pick it up. At that point, the dealership attempted to add a $4,995 “PDSI” fee that had not been included in the price we agreed upon. B that week to pick it up. At that point, the dealership attempted to add a $4,995 “PDSI” fee that had not been included in the price we agreed upon. Because of this unexpected charge, I canceled the purchase. I have since been unable to get my deposit refunded. This was the worst dealership experience I have ever had. Based on my experience, their pricing practices were misleading and the handling of my deposit has been completely unacceptable. I strongly recommend getting every fee in writing before giving this dealership any money. More

I honestly regret buying my 2020 BMW 330i from Route 17 Mitsubishi. My experience has been frustrating from the very beginning. Before I signed the paperwork, I was told the car came with two keys. The Mitsubishi. My experience has been frustrating from the very beginning. Before I signed the paperwork, I was told the car came with two keys. The paperwork listed two keys, and even the finance manager confirmed that the vehicle came with two keys. However, when I was about to leave with the car, I asked for the second key and was suddenly told they only had one. After speaking with their manager, I was told to come back the next day and they would provide the second key. It has now been weeks, and I am still waiting. I have called multiple times, made appointments, and repeatedly been told, “We’ll call you back,” but nobody ever does. I even went to the dealership in person, only to be told that the manager was unavailable and that I should come back another day. The very next day after buying the car, I discovered that the driver’s side mirror was defective. The mirror cannot be adjusted from inside the vehicle and appears to be stuck. I brought the issue to their attention, and they told me the entire mirror assembly needed to be replaced. They said they would order the part and call me when it arrived. Once again, I never received a call. Every time I follow up, I get another excuse. To make matters worse, less than a month after purchasing the vehicle, I received a BMW drivetrain malfunction warning. I took the car to BMW for an inspection and was informed that it has coolant system issues and other related problems that will cost approximately $4,500 to repair. When I contacted the dealership hoping for assistance, the response was extremely disappointing. Instead of trying to help, I was told that because the issue appeared after the sale, it was my problem and not theirs. The customer service throughout this entire experience has been terrible. I have been ignored, given empty promises, and treated as if my concerns do not matter. Even today, I am still waiting for the second key that I was promised and for my driver’s side mirror to be replaced. This dealership was very friendly when they wanted to make a sale, but once the paperwork was signed, their attitude completely changed. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend buying a vehicle from Route 17 Mitsubishi. I would strongly suggest taking your business elsewhere More

81 DAYS LATER, AND I STILL DON’T HAVE MY REGISTRATION OR LICENSE PLATES! I purchased my vehicle on April 17, 2026. As of July 7, 2026, I still have not received my permanent registration or license plate LICENSE PLATES! I purchased my vehicle on April 17, 2026. As of July 7, 2026, I still have not received my permanent registration or license plates, and no one has been able to provide a clear explanation as to why. Every time I call, I’m told there’s a “delay.” After 81 days, that excuse is simply unacceptable. I call multiple times each week asking for an update, and I’m repeatedly told someone will call me back—but no one ever does. Instead, I have to keep calling, only to be told they need to get an update from someone else. I’ve also asked to speak with a manager and even the General Manager, but they’re never available. At this point, I’ve already made two car payments on a vehicle that I still can’t legally register because the dealership has failed to complete the process. The lack of communication, accountability, and urgency has been extremely infuriating. I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business with this dealership. My experience has been completely unacceptable, and I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle here. More
very poor customer service. She refused to provide the GM's name and would not disclose the dealership fees. If a dealership isn't willing to be transparent or treat potenital customers with respect, that's a major red flag. Bad business and bad customer service, period. Wasn't able to get me into the show room - complete fail on her part. i found out why she didn't want to disclose - they have a prepping fee ranging from 1,500-3,000 for some cases. It has been 18 days since I purchased a car from this dealership, and I still have not received the documents needed to obtain the vehicle title and register the car. During the purchase, I was requir dealership, and I still have not received the documents needed to obtain the vehicle title and register the car. During the purchase, I was required to take out a car loan. I was told that I could "pay it off tomorrow," but it actually took five days for the loan account to be set up before I was able to make the payoff. Meanwhile, the dealership withheld the documents I needed to register the vehicle. I have sent several emails and made numerous phone calls to request an update, but the dealership has not responded to either my calls or my emails. This has been an extremely frustrating experience, and I regret purchasing my car from this dealership. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this dealership to others. P. S. After I posted this review, I received a message from DealerRater saying that "Route 17 Mitsubishi has addressed your issue and is awaiting your satisfaction". But the dealer has not resolved my issue by sending the original signed vehicle title to either me or my insurance broker. What has been most frustrating is the complete lack of communication. Despite sending multiple emails and making numerous phone calls to ask for an update, I have not received any response from the dealership. I even contacted Mitsubishi America's customer service for assistance. I was told that the title documents would be sent out the following week. I waited an entire week, but the documents still have not been sent. This ongoing delay and lack of communication have made the entire experience extremely disappointing. More
