An excellent experience at Route 18 Auto. I took my car there for an oil change and the mechanic found that my tires were bad. Rich got me a good price on a new set of tires. I've had to bring my jeep to a different dealer and I've had to bring my jeep to a different dealer and the services and quality of work was horrible. The employee's make you wait while they carry on I've had to bring my jeep to a different dealer and the services and quality of work was horrible. The employee's make you wait while they carry on a personle conversation, they don't keep you informed on what is happening with your car. But the worse part was them making you feel like you where takeing up to much of their time. At the east Brunswick location when the jeep is worked on it's explained fully what has to be done and what can wait. they are always friendly even when you might be a difficult customer. The work is done right the first time and what I like the most is if they aren't sure what the problem is they are up front with you and discuss the options. More
