Worked with Fernando on TWO leases since December 2025, the most recent just last week. Fernando had a command of the details for the cars I was interested in. And Fernando made sure the process was efficient, managing each phase - from selection, to financing, to delivery and after delivery follow-up. This is my 9th vehicle from Rte2 Hyundai. 1. The sales rep got me. He 100% delivered what I searched for. In the meantime i was familiarized with a much more expensive vehicle. The service coordinator was clear setting expectations he met. This was an unscheduled request. Nice first experience. Third,, I ended up with 0% financing which might explain my decision to change models. Sales Rep Fernando, Service, the transaction guy and the corporate side all exceed my expectations. I have long been a Toyota and Honda owner. My Morgan has a Subaru. I stopped at McGovern based on acquaintances ravings over ten years. Lastly, Fernando was a cut above most reps. It McGovern attracts customers that can actually purchase,, he will move inventory. He would be my future if i was a major investor in McGovern. The future is looking dark. Look for reps that can connect with actual consumers. I am a 75 year old white guy of Eire blood. I speak Arabic and have worked in diverse sittings and cultures. This kid is the future Earle More

I scheduled an appointment for service that included an oil change, tire rotation, recall work, and any available software updates. When I arrived, I was told the service would take approximately two hours oil change, tire rotation, recall work, and any available software updates. When I arrived, I was told the service would take approximately two hours. Shortly after checking in, I was asked if I also wanted an inspection sticker for my 2025 vehicle, which I agreed to, and I continued to wait. After three hours, my service advisor came out and informed me that it would take another hour before my vehicle would be finished. In total, the service took four hours. Given the relatively routine nature of the work being performed, I do not believe this length of time was reasonable. To make matters worse, the compensation offered for this inconvenience was two car wash vouchers for a location down the street from the dealership, with a combined value of less than $46. Considering that I live 25 miles away from the dealership, the likelihood that I will even be able to use these car washes is extremely low. I cannot overstate how disappointed I am with both the dealership and the service department. The extended wait time, lack of communication, and the minimal gesture offered afterward made the experience feel dismissive rather than customer-focused. For a dealership that presumably values repeat business and hopes to earn future vehicle purchases from its customers, this level of service falls far short of expectations. Overall, this was a very poor customer experience and left me seriously questioning whether I would return for future service or vehicle purchases. More
