I took my car in to have the driver side fog light replaced and the check engine light shut off. When I went to go out the first night I had the car the driver's fog light was working but the driver's replaced and the check engine light shut off. When I went to go out the first night I had the car the driver's fog light was working but the driver's headlight was out so they sent me home after paying $1,500 for repairs with my headlight out. That was the only problem the customer service was great More

Initially brought vehicle in for service and a small repair. Was told a larger, unrelated repair needed which was fine but did not provide accurate info about how long repair would take - initially indi repair. Was told a larger, unrelated repair needed which was fine but did not provide accurate info about how long repair would take - initially indicated vehicle would be ready a week ahead of needing it to take our daughter back to school. Then it was five days before, which became three days before, then it became the day before, then tomorrow, then the next day forcing us to buy a last minute plane ticket. When they called to say vehicle was ready I asked if the initial reason for my visit had been completed and they said no, they forgot about the first small repair and it would take longer. Can’t speak to quality of repair work but ability to do plan and communicate a service schedule was terrible. More
