After doing my research I discovered the vehicle had been in an accident and had damage to the right side and was in an accident. When I called them to ask a question they said it was cosmetic. I went to the dealer with a Preapproval up to $50,800. They tried to lie and say the bank picked this vehicle based on where I wanted my payment and my down payment. I called the bank and asked questions and found out they were lying. On Tuesday 3/24/2022 I requested a refund. They said 3-5 day. I called my bank on Thursday and was told they don't see a refund being processed at all. SO THEY ARE HOLDING MY MONEY AND I REQUESTED A REFUND LESS THAN 24 HOURS AFTER LEAVING A DEPOSIT!!!!!!!!!!
