Luis was very helpful and friendly. He made my boyfriend and I ( a young first time car buying couple) feel very comfortable and relaxed. He was able to get us into exactly the car we wanted to go home in w and I ( a young first time car buying couple) feel very comfortable and relaxed. Luis was able to work out a deal with the bank and even though we barely had any credit and no co-signer he still didnt shoot us down. I rated customer service and overall experience 4 not at all because of Luis, but solely because of Marlon (manager). Upon talking to Marlon he immediatly made my boyfriend and I feel as though we were trying to reach an impossible goal. He actually told us that our ONLY option was to lease a new car when what we actually wanted was to finance a used car. The latter is what Luis was able to accomplish for us and for that we are very grateful. All things considered I enjoyed my experience at Route 22 Honda except for the hiccup we ran into with Marlon. More

This was the third time I have dealt with Route 22 Honda. I have been a customer since 2001 when I bought my first car. I was able to test drive the cars for an extended time to ensure I felt comfortable and got a good feel for the car. He answered all of my questions since this was my first car buying experience. He even called me a few days later to make sure I was happy and that everything was working well. When I was ready to upgrade a few years later, I did not even have to shop around - I knew exactly where I needed to go and who I wanted to see. Mohamed helped me get into that new car and again I felt comfortable and felt I got a good deal. Again, he called me a short while later to check in on me and my family. He remembered my sisters' names, my mother's name, and my husband's name. Both of my sisters subsequently bought vehicles there as well. Just a few months ago I decided to trade in my vehicle again. I was helped by not only Mohamed, but also by the General Sales Manager, John Pearce. Between these two gentlemen I was able to drive home in my third Honda knowing I got the best deal possible and the best service possible. I know it is too early to be thinking about this, but in a few year when I am ready for a new car, my first stop will undoubtedly be Route 22 Honda. More
