I planned to buy a pickup/truck for both my home construction projects & family use after my retirement. We're both satisfied with the professional service extended to us by Mo that time. So everytime relatives & friends ask our advice where to get a car, we don't hesitate to either refer or bring them to Mohammed @ Rte. 22 Honda. We recently brought our daughter, who's planning to lease a vehicle to Mo & with his usual professional handling and patience explaining the process to our daughter, she was able to lease a 2011 Honda Pilot and was happy with the results. I walked into the dealership not really looking to buy....looking to see what was on the market. I was greeted by Nate which by the way is a great sales person. I bought a new honda accord couple exl and couldn't be happier. They gladly filled up the car with premium fuel and checked up on me after the purchase. I needed to purchase a new car and had very specific criteria in terms of what vehicle I planned to purchase i.e., $10,000 or less, less than 100,000 miles on the car. Louis was extremely helpful in fin criteria in terms of what vehicle I planned to purchase i.e., $10,000 or less, less than 100,000 miles on the car. Louis was extremely helpful in finding a car that would fit my needs. We spent at least 4 hours in the dealership but Louis was extremely patient with me. He showed me options that fit my criteria however, I realized that would not be the best purchase for me. I was not prepared to purchase a new vehicle let alone walk out of the dealership with a new car. However, Louis' ability to negogiate the price coupled with his experience in providing oustanding customer service prompted me to not only purchase a new vehicle, 2011 Honda Accord ( my 1st new car EVER) but convinced me to make this purchase and leave the dealership with a brand new vehicle. I cannot express how pleased I was with the service I received on Saturday. Louis really did an outstanding job! A side note, coming from a customer service background, experience is everything. It enables an individual to look back and remember an experience and think fondly or negatively from that experience. The bathrooms in Route 22 Honda were horrific and should be addressed and tended to as it was absolutely unsatisfactory. More
