My salesperson greeted my spouse and I at the door. My spouse had previously bought a car from the same dealer there.I felt as though i did not receive the same treatment as my spouse from the dealer.The spouse had previously bought a car from the same dealer there.I felt as though i did not receive the same treatment as my spouse from the dealer.The dealer was aware of our financial situation, recent bankruptcy discharge.And having that knowledge why would he just perhaps assume that i needed a new car w/lease. Where as I would actually would have preferred to have a previously owned car. But i was not given that option. I was stuck with a car in which i now have to track of miles and a payment of almost $500 dollars a month. I can not really afford that comfortably.Before i realize what i had done, it was too late. He said it was nothing he could do. My spouse on the other hand is not very business minded, so everything he was told sounded like gold to him. He in fact did not have to put a downpayment or make no first month payment and needed no co-signer. He was told that if he brought me in he would get a referral check,and i would get the same deal as he.After the sales transaction, he ask if i would fill out the survey and told what to rate him.I said okay.I was reminded 2 times after then to do survey.I feel like if he was confident in his actions, he would not have to tell me what to say. I have problems with that. I work with the public as well and i do not stand outside the door handing out surveys to the public to say what a wonderful person i am. I just want my 36 months to go by and really never return there again to buy any car. More

The main selling point before cost was the Hillside dealer ship and Mohammed they made you feel like a perso and not a subject, low key,proffesional, and right to the point, no haggling or nothing. Whenever an occasion arrises when somebody is asking about cars especially Hondas, I do refer them over to Hillside. More
