I was in the market to purchase a new car as my lease was about to expire when I decided to stop at Route 22 Honda to see what you may have to offer. I was tired as I just finished working all day and just about to expire when I decided to stop at Route 22 Honda to see what you may have to offer. I was greeted immediately upon arrival where I let salesmen know exactly where I was at selection and affordability as I despise being asked to add extas on and having to see two or three people thru the process. Simply not enough time does anyone have to spend entire day doing this. I just wanted to ask for what I needed and see if I can get. I was treated so well and not hasseled, as I have been in the past and It made me not go back to that dealership because of the experince. I was able to give my old car in and leave with my new car that evening. The service was excellent, everyone was friendly it made my experience one to brag about. I work in a service driven retail environment myself and understand that building a relationship with a client is paramount to your business especially in these days with our depressed economic climate. I am all about service as well as my work ethic and I expect the same wherever I go. I have to say, Marlon was excellent in his professionalism and knowledge it truly was a fine experience working with him, I almost asked if he came with the car. :) Great job, Great service and Wonderful experience.
