The Dealer and manager are awesome, the parts guy is amazing, but the mechanics that perform my last 3 jobs some of them were unprofessional workers, why? 1st damaged a door step that the dealer has to amazing, but the mechanics that perform my last 3 jobs some of them were unprofessional workers, why? 1st damaged a door step that the dealer has to replace because his negligence, 2nd and 3rd replacing the door steps due to malfunction and a Honda recall the mechanic did not seal the wire properly and use the aluminum tape as is required by Honda then did not seal the hole where the wire goes inside the vehicle. At the end I did have to do it my self, because I work as a professional and like quality work not a bad work. The dealer is beautiful but unfortunately some baf apples damage the beauty of the place. That's why I do my own work and this one was because of the warranty requirements from Honda. More
