I have been going to Route 22 Honda in Hillside since the early 80's when I purchased my first Honda Civic when it only came in 3 colors. Yes, I go that far back with Route 22 Honda. I have a Honda dealership and Service Department about 10 minutes from my home, but instead I travel 25 minutes away to Route 22 Honda because of the service. They are fast and reliable. My favorite service advisor is Paul Giameo, Senior Service Advisor. Paul has a quiet demeanor about him, but don't be fooled, because he is all business, and wants you to be happy with your automobile. There was a recall on my car and Paul called me right away and asked me to come in as soon as possible. He was genuinely concerned. I explained Paul that I couldn't be without my car because I work an hour away from my home and have no other way to get to work. Paul made arrangements for me to get a loaner. He is so considerate and understanding. He keeps the line of communication open the entire time he has your vehicle, and will go over everything with you before you leave. Paul Giameo is the ultimate professional. He truly is an asset to Route 22 Honda. I'm only comfortable with Paul. The Service Department is exceptional. I've heard horror stories from other people with their Service Department (Not Honda), but never have I ever complained about Route 22 Honda. They are simply the BEST. More

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. I had my AirPods in while I was waiting in the waiting area. I had received a phone call from Peter a little over an hour after waiting. He told me my car would take another 30 minutes and he had called my name which I never heard. He stated he would meet at over at the cashiers then and shortly after I met him over there. He seemed annoyed and stated he had been calling my name for over an hour which I found to be very unlikely. He then handed the paperwork over to the cashier and then I paid and proceeded to wait an extra hour and still was never told my car was done. I went out to the service area and my car had been done this whole time. I felt as though Peter was bothered after calling my name for the supposed hour and decided to not inform me my car was finished. Very unprofessional. More
