I expected more but got less. First, there was a 15-minute wait before a salesperson acknowledged my presence. And, that was after I checked in with the receptionist! Then I find out that the price listed on the car is not actually the price. It's the price only if I agree to finance the purchase. Then I find out that the rate was 7.8%!!! And, I have great credit. Then they tried to add two fees: one for 2k and another for 3k. Something about a vehicle review and a vehicle service. JUNK FEES!!! More

I was having a lot of issues with my Rogue Sport. I just so happened to pick up a passenger and the car gave me issues so we had to pull over on the highway for a few mins. That passenger was Gerard S who ended up being a salesman for Route 23 Nissan. He told me I didn't have to continue going through the issues I was experiencing and he was able to take me out of my 2017 Rogue Sport and put me into a brand new Rogue. I honestly couldn't believe the deal he gave me because I hear A LOT of bad things about salesmen. He's the complete opposite of that stereotype! He even bought me lunch while I waited to see finance. I believe in fate and I believe I'd still be experiencing those issues if I hadn't picked him up as a passenger that morning. I highly recommend that you deal with him and only him if you go to buy a car from them. Thank you once again! More

I saw on tv there was a Recall for Nissan rogues So I called this Nissan because the reviews are decent… I called to ask about the recall they asked for my information and vin number so they said yes you called this Nissan because the reviews are decent… I called to ask about the recall they asked for my information and vin number so they said yes you have a recall on your call I’ll make an appointment for you to get your car fixed I said ok if that’s what needs to be done… made the appointment Got to my appointment for the recall to be told you have a recall but there’s still no way to try and fix this I was like WHAT?! The lady on the phone told me yes u need to bring ur car in… and NEVER told me “ there’s a recall but we don’t have a way to fix it we’ll let u know when to bring it in” She said I need ed to make the appointment and it would take 2 hours to fix… I don’t live close to Nutley I live in Passaic county Half an hour away And I missed timed from work to be at that appointment to be told “your car has a recall but no way to fix it yet” That’s unacceptable! They need to train people making appointments about All the information so they Don’t schedule us and us taking time out of our day or work to get there and be told Oh no there’s no way to fix ur car yet…And the people at the service area acting like they didn’t do anything wrong or Why I would be upset about this! Please I need this to be known to all Nissan customers trying to go and make an appointment at this dealership More

I bought a certified preowned car two weeks ago. The tire started losing air the first day and I called every day they were open. I’ve had to inflate my tire every day for over a week. I paid extra to have my car certified and it was clearly a lie. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone, they are liars and will sell you crap and not fix it More
