I was looking to finance a 2017 Infiniti in Nov. and after reading many dealership reviews and price comparing - I went to Route 23 Nissan. I was only expecting to test drive the car that day but I ende after reading many dealership reviews and price comparing - I went to Route 23 Nissan. I was only expecting to test drive the car that day but I ended up financing the Infiniti with Karl and returning my rental car to enterprise across the street. The Q60 is definitely a sweet ride! Unfortunately I had to wait a little over a month to receive the registration/plates due to Covid and the DMV slow down. To my surprise, I ran into a few issues when i went to inspect it this month (Jan). I called the dealership and told them about my situation and after speaking to a few service representatives and managers, Diane (I hope i spelled it right) offered me assistance. I am bringing the car back to get it inspected in a few days but I am very grateful that she took the time to listen to me and offer me help 2 months after I bought the car. It's good to know that some dealerships do care about their clients and making sure that they have a good experience even after driving their car off the lot. Although i'm in Long Island NY, I will be taking the drive to continue doing business with this dealership. I will definitely speak highly about their customer service to my friends & family, coworkers and business clients. Thanks! More

Unethical and misleading practices. False internet prices that have almost 5k in hidden expenses. Also lack of respect for customers time. Made appointment to see car 48 hours in advance.
