I came for my complimentary free oil change and I was told it’s not free anymore. I had to get a wheel alignment with it or pay for the oil change. I will go elsewhere for my oil changes. Oil change appointment and a a rattling noise that I wanted looked at. About 1 hour and 45 minutes later, my car was not done, so I asked the guy behind the counter when is my car going to be done, cons wanted looked at. Another guy came out and told me that the oil change was done a while back, but they don't have the time look at the noise issue. Unbelievable, they made me wait because they didn't have the time!!!
