As you can see there is a previous review that I was asked to write before even being told if I was approved for the car or not which is not good business I went in to n Saturday to get out of a current asked to write before even being told if I was approved for the car or not which is not good business I went in to n Saturday to get out of a current lease with it coming to an end I was looking for a new lease Idrees greeted me at the door we talked over at his desk I was looking for a rogue he suggested a 2020 rouge sport so I agreed and we test drove loved the car so we went forward with the deal , hours went by and now by 6:30 I finally get into finance I get pre approved but it’s way after closing and they wanted to go home i was given temporary insurance and able to leave the lot with the car , and take it home was told to come back Monday to sign finance papers as I get there on Monday with my family whom took and lost a whole days work by taking off to be with me to co-sign I was then denied after being there all day and told they had to take the car back I was extremely embarrassed I should have never been able to leave the lot whatsoever !! I’m extremely disappointed that you would let this be done to someone and after you have them Write reviews before ever having keys in hand it’s extremely bad for business which I will be taking mine somewhere else and make sure I post this so people know not to get the 2020 rouge sport in gun metallic which is now a used car More
