Took my nissan 2021 to have the oil changed in Nov 2023 waited 2 hours then found the vehicle setting in a parking space if I did not see the vehicle there I would of been there how long!! they never rese waited 2 hours then found the vehicle setting in a parking space if I did not see the vehicle there I would of been there how long!! they never reset the miles for next oil change very dissatified with the service. Also lease was going to be up and wanted to buy the vehicle out right they would not help me with that or offer to help at a price only if I finance it through them talked to nissan main office and put a conplaint in about them very very dissatsified !!! Initially, I praised the dealership with a 5-star review due to my salesman's excellent knowledge, personable approach, and outstanding customer service. However, my satisfaction quickly turned into fru due to my salesman's excellent knowledge, personable approach, and outstanding customer service. However, my satisfaction quickly turned into frustration. I've had to reach out multiple times for essential documents and information related to the sale, but the dealership has been unresponsive via phone, messages, and emails. It seems their focus is solely on the sale, leaving customers unsupported afterward. Despite expecting superior service from a reputable dealership like Nissan, I've learned that each dealership operates independently, offering no recourse for poor service. After six weeks of this experience, I cannot recommend this dealership to others. More
Tried to buy a used car at a fair price but the sales person gave me the total and it included $4499 extra in some made up “prep and service” of an almost new car. Terrible bait and switch scam. 1 star is 1 too many. Wasted our Saturday and was ready to buy. False price advertising, arrogant salesman, lied right to our face and wouldn’t even allow a test drive. Increased the price shown online by over $3,000 claiming it had LoJack and the pre certification was extra now. Said he couldn’t find the key for us to take a test drive and we should just talk price. No business cards and wasn’t offered to talk to manager. Called the gal who originally took our call and she said sorry I will tell manager to call you. Never happened. They should be ashamed of their scamming techniques and will make sure to tell as many people as possible to stay clear of them! More
Prices are not accurate. Bought a used car from Yacine Madhi. I should have walked away when I first got bad vibes from him. He tried to rip me off my offering the same finance rate for 75 months that I could I should have walked away when I first got bad vibes from him. He tried to rip me off my offering the same finance rate for 75 months that I could get from another source for 60 months. As part of the agreement on the price and the additional "recon fees", he promised that he would order 2 new tires and that he would call me "in a day or two" when they were available for replacement. It has been a week and still no word, despite me calling several times and leaving a message. He is not trust worthy. You should stay away from this dealership. More
It has been two weeks since I have contacted this dealership. Just awful! Initially, I spoke a sales associate and asked for a used car sales person. I was told someone would call me back. Nothing. I had to follow up and explained to another sales associate that I need to speak with a used car sales person, explained prior situation. Explained someone would call back. A female did (Sandy) and I assumed that it was a sales person after talking details only to find out that it was ANOTHER sales associate. I am irritated at this point. She said she would have someone call me. Another female did (Kimberly). I talked about the used M850 and she then explained the 'added' fees of $2k for a lo jack they choose to put on vehicle. I am not interested in lo jack and asked if it can be removed since I am not interested in it. Plus $1K for paint protection and about another $900 for document fees or something like that. They will not remove lo jack to save $2k off price. I was interested in vehicle for price listed. Then, two days later I get a call from Sadar who I believe to be a true salesman (not sure what Kimberly's title is) and leaves a message stating he understands I spoke with Matt on the BMW and wants to discuss more. WHO IS MATT? Never talked to a male since beginning. I called back and asked for Sadar and was told by Vanessa he wasn't in yet. I asked for his voicemail. I was put through to what seemed like a generic recording stating I reached ext. 5012. I left a message, now three days ago, and still no call back. This dealership needs to listen to what customers are asking and needs serious training with their employees. More
We had the pleasure of working with Karl. Karl was able to get us our car for a great price. He was willing to work patiently with us and didn’t rush us through the process.
