After a few previous rounds of negotiations with other dealers & even one sale that fell through at the final hour, I didn't have a lot of confidence that Rte 44 Toyota would be able to get me what I wanted (2014 Highlander) at the price point I needed. From the moment we walked in Stephen Woodcock charmed us with his knowledge, humor & kindness. We made sure we were upfront with him regarding what we wanted & what we could offer & Stephen and his crew made it work. Not only did I secure the financing & price I needed but he went the extra mile to ensure I had the exterior & interior color combination I wanted which meant traveling to another dealer in MA to procure my car. When I arrived to sign all the final paperwork & pick up my new vehicle Stephen took the time to help me program my car & sync up my blue tooth settings. Additionally he showed me how to use every feature in the car. I'm in love with my new car & Rte 44 Toyota has won over a new loyal & life long customer. After reading some of the reviews I was a little skeptical but I decided to at least go check it out anyway. I met with Terrence (I'm almost positive that's his name) and I found him to be really pleasant and knowledgeable. I explained to I didn't plan on purchasing that day and was just exploring my options. And surprisingly he didn't pressure me or try to convince me why I needed to buy TODAY, that surely would've sent me on my way. He was extremely professional, PERSONABLE and really helpful in obtaining a reasonable quote. Although my experience was pleasant, I decided to check out another dealership for comparison and the attitude of the salesman left much to be desired. He could've cared less and it was all about making a sale for him. So, I went right back to Route 44 and purchased a Rav 4. I would definitely recommend this dealership to others (in fact, I already have--ask for Terrence) and plan to do business with them again. All salesman aren't crooks after all! lol! More
