I walked into Rt 44 Toyota to "look" at cars and before I knew it I bought one. A 2025 Rav4 is sitting in my driveway and I couldn't be happier. The car was just what I wanted. Alex walked me through every step of my purchase. I told him this was my first big decision on my own as my husband is very ill. I would totally reccomend Rt 44 Toyota and Alex as well! Thank you for making my purchase as easy as it gets. More
Went in for a sticker. No problem except they left a sticky mess on my windshield. Asked to have someone reset my navigation screen which would have taken someone about 2 m No problem except they left a sticky mess on my windshield. Asked to have someone reset my navigation screen which would have taken someone about 2 minutes. I tried to do this myself with no luck. Was told to go to service desk and make an appointment. Really? Last October I was in for a maintenance check and asked someone to remove something from my dashboard screen. No problem. Was done in a flash. I bought the car in June 2024 and by the time I left the dealership it cost me over $50,000. Is this the way customers are supposed to be treated after buying a very expensive car from you? Not Happy!!! I won’t bother with the rest of the review. More

The service manager Dennis Tucker was able to turn an awful follow up service visit into a pleasant experience after personally looking into the issues my vehicle had, making sure all repairs were done, awful follow up service visit into a pleasant experience after personally looking into the issues my vehicle had, making sure all repairs were done, without me having to bring the car back and forth, and arranging to have my car delivered after all the inconvenience I went through. From the start all people I encountered in the service department were friendly and helpful. Luis is such a great person. My husband usually brings my car in for work, but it was me this time and Luis r department were friendly and helpful. Luis is such a great person. My husband usually brings my car in for work, but it was me this time and Luis recognized the car and that my husband is usually the person bringing it in. He inquired if he was ok and shared a compliment about my husband. Service was done well below estimated time and the cost was slightly lower than anticipated. All appreciated! More
