Stay away from this car dealership! !!!!!!!! if you are in the market for used car, they will shock you with hidden fees. This dealership listed the used SUV for $13,995 on CarFax websit !!!!!!!! if you are in the market for used car, they will shock you with hidden fees. This dealership listed the used SUV for $13,995 on CarFax website. When I went to the dealership to buy the SUV, they told me it was going to cost me almost $20,000. They also offered for $6,000 extended warranty which I declined. For a car that is listed for $13,995, they added $3600 for prepping the car and $899 for Doc fees. Right there they are charging $4500 on top of asking price. If you want to buy a car from them, I would recommended to ask for exact amount (+-$50) of extra fees they will charge. In my experience, you can negotiate Doc fees and should not have to pay for car prep fees. On top of that they wanted me to finance the car from them when I was willing to pay cash for the car. More

GAP Insurance: I was charged $1,500, when credit unions and insurers offer it for $300–$600. ‘Documentation Fee’: They added $2,500, which is astronomical and where they padded the deal the most. Etch & Tire/Wheel Protection: These were added without clearly explaining them — expensive fluff many buyers may not even realize they’re agreeing to. As a first-time buyer, I felt misled. They did not clearly explain the financial breakdown, and I walked away with a deal that did not reflect what I thought I signed up for. They’re here to make money for themselves — not look out for your best interest. Run, don’t walk. More

Never once did she try to push me into something just to make a sale like some other dealerships.I have been to other dealerships and never felt like I was something other than a number. I had a horrible experience with this dealer. Just a few days ago (on 08/21/2024) I had to leave my job earlier and lose some money in order to catch a useless appointment with Route 46 Mitsubish Just a few days ago (on 08/21/2024) I had to leave my job earlier and lose some money in order to catch a useless appointment with Route 46 Mitsubishi. I went there to buy a used 2021 Honda Passport EX L advertised on Carfax.com for $23,995, but as soon I started talking to them, they added to the price an unwanted and unnecessary warranty for $3,995 and if I wouldn't take their warranty, the price would go up to $26,800. None of this was mentioned in their advertisement on Carfax.com. You learn these things once you step on their front door. After many attempts to remove their warranty, they accepted to lower it down to $1,995. Although I didn't want their warranty, which they were trying to sell it to me by force in order to make some profit from me, I accepted the deal and the total value for the car went up to $29,160+, where I would put $5,000 down payment. However, I couldn't buy the car, because their manager named Omar changed his mind and lied to me that he can't sell the car, because he's losing $4,000 with this deal and I needed to pay those extra dollars for him to reach break even. A total bullsh*t. In the end he said also that he didn't check my credit score, but later I received a notification that my credit score went down because of a hard inquiry. The story with this joke dealer goes on the next day when Omar called me to propose me the same deal as a big favor after talking to his boss, but he increased the total value of the deal by $600 to $29,750. After reading here the reviews of some people, I learned that they did not sell their warranty to some customers. So why they were pushing so much to sell it to me? This is why I asked Omar to be treated fairly with other customers and remove the warranty from the initial deal of $29,160+ and close the deal at $27,160+ , which he refused. It was a complete loss of time, money and energy with this dealer, all because of this guy Omar, who calls himself a manager. Stay away from these scammers. I wish so badly I could give them 0 stars, but 1 star is the minimum. More
