Worst dealer Tried to purchase 2 vehicles , sales person in the phone told me they had 2 cars for the price I'm asking for and told me to ask for the general sales Tried to purchase 2 vehicles , sales person in the phone told me they had 2 cars for the price I'm asking for and told me to ask for the general sales manager when I come in and vehicles would be ready to test drive, I got to the lot and a young salesman has no idea what's going on , I asked to see the sales manager but someone else came , I asked again for the sales mgr , but the used car mgr came out , both telling me they can't give me the price I was quoted , finally I demanded the general sales mgr and he told me the same thing , I told him to call the person I talked to on the phone , to which I was repeatedly told he is u reachable at the moment , our conversation was recorded so the sales mgr offered to listen to it , he came back and said he couldn't hear it well then said he has to Waite for it to be sent to him. Then offered me the price on one of the vehicles I wanted , I said no due to the aggravation , both vehicles had issues like broken windshield and malfunctioning lifgate and missing accessories, I had enough of that dealership , I drove 2 hours to make the sale and they wasted my time and didn't even try to offer me alternative vehicles for the price or try to work with me , I've never bin this disrespected and treated like a second class citizen than by this dealership , I would not return to or recommend it and I will be writing further reviews about my horrible experience . First of all there is no customer parking and no space to maneveur your car once you trap inside. I and my family were there on a busy saturday and it took us nearly 4 hours to purchase our Outlander but guess what? We still had to go back to finalize our deal to sign the contract on monday and sat around another 1.5 hours.When we left with the vehicle that i purchased on saturday, i and our sales person were both agreed on "no down payment-0 interest" financing. However when i went back on Monday to sign the papers,their "reward winning financing person(!)" Jouse Alvarado told me that the bank is asking for $2500 down payment and he asked me how i would like to pay? I said i ll pay with my credit card but i will double check with the bank if they really asked for the down payment since our orig.agreement was with 0 down. All of a sudden he got offended and he shout out to the other people in the dealership"He does not wanna pay $2500,we need our car back!"(What a loser!!) I yelled at him back saying " i never said i dont wanna pay $2500". He said "he would not served me". Then the manager stormed in with the same nasty attitude at first but after i explained what happened he was more apologetic and we completed the transaction. If my family were not sitting in the car waiting for me to sign up the papers and leave,i would absolutly give them xxxx car back and walk away from their run down dealership. I guess they really think that they are the only car dealership in town. Horrible horrible experience... More

Bate and Switch I was looking for a car for my sister and she sent me a picture of a 2014 Nissan Versa with 45,000 miles on the carfax website. They advertised the car for $6,800 which was a great price. When I went in they said the price was $8,800. I showed him the carfax wedsite and he said they offer that deal only to returning trades coming back to buy another used car. I was so angry because I drove from Scotch Plains to test drive this car and was prepared to buy the car today. After I got over the shock of the price difference i still tried to work with them on an affordable price for the car. I asked that they lower the price $500 and i would take the car but the manager said he could not so I left. As I'm driving home the salesmen Vinny calls me to tell me "it was my lucky day" the manager decided to lower the price to $8,300. I was no longer interested in turning around to make any deals. What a waste of time. Never again! More

I have spoken to three managers and still no results ,everytime i talk to someone i get a different story or get transfered to a voicemail. They told me there was a problem with registration, then that there was a problem with the title. So many lies I don't know what to believe. it's been a nightmare !! Sales person was Anthony Hicks who no longer works there.. Sales Manager Luis Tejada who lied to my face when i visit the dealer on 5/30 .. And the only person that seem to have try to help me was Trish .....I will be going to the Honda Dealer for maintance because i can't trust these people. please stay away from this place .. I went because of the good reviews but that was not the case . More

All I was told was my monthly payments that I was going to be making. They gave me a older model for the price of a new model. Before I went to them I saw the new model for a great price online but when I got there it was not available. I will never do business with them again and I do not recommend anyone going there. When I left I looked up the book value of my vehicle and found out it was almost 12,000 dollars above Book value. More
