I had a really great experience with the service department at Mitsubishi of Totowa and wanted to specifically recognize Chris and Victor. Initially, I brought my car in for a check engine light department at Mitsubishi of Totowa and wanted to specifically recognize Chris and Victor. Initially, I brought my car in for a check engine light and was told I needed a sensor replacement that was quoted at $760. Chris took the time to dig deeper and was able to source the part for significantly less, around $450, which I really appreciated. When I returned to have the work done, they could have easily just replaced the sensor and moved on. Instead, they took the extra step to further diagnose the issue, performed a reset, and ultimately fixed the problem without needing to replace the part at all—and didn’t charge me anything for it. That level of honesty and integrity is hard to find. On top of that, they went out of their way to make things right by providing a complimentary oil change and car wash. Chris and Victor were professional, transparent, and genuinely focused on doing what was best for the customer—not just making a sale. I left feeling very satisfied and truly appreciated their customer service. Highly recommend the service team here, and I will definitely be returning. More
