Overall experience was good. There was an error made in totalling car price, but financial person was generous in compensating us for this error. This was very disappointing and was puzzling to us. Why weren't we called? Why was car promised, then sold elsewhere--but since our our overall experience was positive in all other ways, we did not question the "glitch." Very friendly, attentive, informative in all other ways and we look forward without anxiety to continued relationship with dealer during scheduled maintenance. More
