researched buying a Subaru and this dealer was the closest to my home, but I couldn't have made a better choice had they been recommended as they were very helpful in explaining the different trim pac closest to my home, but I couldn't have made a better choice had they been recommended as they were very helpful in explaining the different trim packages on the Forester model and let the car sell itself. I was able to pretty much get the price I wanted to pay as well. The emphasis is on customer service and I am looking forward to dealing with them in the future. More

Overall experience was good. There was an error made in totalling car price, but financial person was generous in compensating us for this error. Car first promised to us turned out to have been sold. We didn't hear about this until we finally phoned after 8 days of waiting to hear that car was available for us to pick up. This was very disappointing and was puzzling to us. Why weren't we called? Why was car promised, then sold elsewhere--but since our our overall experience was positive in all other ways, we did not question the "glitch." Very friendly, attentive, informative in all other ways and we look forward without anxiety to continued relationship with dealer during scheduled maintenance. More

The finance people were knowlegeable and assisted in locating the best interest rate on the financing of the car. The finance manager provided a strong incentive for the purchase of the car by offering me an exceptional value on my trade-in compared to other dealers I had considered. Let it first be noted that I did a lot of research prior to stopping by Subaru 46, as I was looking for the perfect pre-owned/used car. I had a BMW picked out before I even arrived, so when I got there, I simply perused the lot until I found what I thought was the car I was looking for. When the kind salesperson approached me in passing, asking if I could be helped, I made it easy for him and told him exactly what I wanted. I further discussed the vehicle's condition with the friendly staff, and after further inspection of the vehicle myself, and a test-drive, I pressed onward into the purchasing of the vehicle. Mike helped me figure out what plan of action would work best for me, and I sat down with Anthony to close the deal. I was pretty needy in terms of explanations and time, as I wanted to be sure I was making the right decision, after all. But the two men were very patient with me, even as there were other shoppers waiting, who also needed to be attended to. There were a few minor paint/body touch-ups that I wanted done to the car, and I was easily able to get a great deal for that even, through the dealership's network. That was clutch, for me, and much appreciated. I have now driven my vehicle hundreds of miles and am still as happy with it as the day I was able to take it off the lot. I would recommend the dealership to even my closest of friends, and I would say the number-one reason to go would be their pricing, at least on their pre-owned selection. More
