We approached Salesmen Gerry Benoit. He thoroughly listened to our needs and wants and was extremely patient as we test drove numerous vehicles. We voiced a few concerns and he followed through with meeting each of them from meeting me for out of state VIN check, appointment for remote starter, extra key ordered, painting of the hood, reimbursing inspection fee, and included all this as part of the deal. The sales Manager Ricardo. Loan Officer and Service Manager Mike even communicated via his cell phone on his days off from work to schedule a free loaner car. Dealer denies warranty claims to save money Dealership denies valid warranty claims to save money. Claims new Optima SX windshields are prone to crack from a small chip in the window. Car is und Dealership denies valid warranty claims to save money. Claims new Optima SX windshields are prone to crack from a small chip in the window. Car is under warranty, windshield cracked while parked in the hot sun (i.e. not from impact). Took down my contact info, never bothered to call back regarding issue. After 2 weeks I had to call them and they said the windows are prone to crack and spread fracture lines. Is this the quality of glass Kia uses? Absolutely ridiculous. Will NEVER recommend this poor excuse of a dealership to anyone. More
