Manufacturer warranty issues I came in to get my car serviced for a couple of issues. The Bluetooth buttons on my steering wheel had broken and my rear defroster was nonfunctionin I came in to get my car serviced for a couple of issues. The Bluetooth buttons on my steering wheel had broken and my rear defroster was nonfunctioning. After fixing the Bluetooth buttons I was told that Kia would not cover the rear window because it was not a "manufacturer defect". The wires were clearly burnt out but they kept insisting that they were damaged and I would have to go back to the dealership where the vehicle was purchased (not a Kia dealer, and who sent me to Route 6 Kia in the first place because the vehicle is still under manufacturer warranty). I have owned the car for less than two months and if this is any indication of how Kia treats their customers, this will definitely be the last time I purchase one. More

I asked numerous times not to make me pa These people are liars, specifically Julie in the BDC. I told her my situation and what I was hoping to get. I asked numerous times not to make me pack up my 3 kids, on my only day off in the hot summer, with no A/C in my car if my hopes were out of my reach. Several other kia dealerships were honest with me and told me they wouldn't be able to give me everything i wanted. Julie insisted i come in because she "knew" she would be able to get me into the vehicle I wanted at the payment I wanted. I set up an appointment with her, drove 45 mins in the hot hot car with all 3 kids. We get there and ask for Julie and the salesman says " oh that was Julies car that just pulled out". she knew xxxx well she couldn't get me the car and payment I wanted but just wanted me to come in there. Once I was there I got every cheesey used car salesman trick in the book. I left after 10mins. Don't worry though, I got a brand new Camry for LESS then I wanted to pay from Balise Toyota of Warwick. Thanks Bob and Clayton!!! I'll tell everyone I know what a liar Julie is and how great Balise is! Don't go here, they don't deserve your money More
