When I arrived ready to purchase the vehicle, they put me with Vinny, despite my request to work with the others I had grown to trust through many emails, texts, and phone calls. Vinny fit the profile for a car salesman: "The used car salesman is greedy and self-centered and willing to lie about anything to get what he wants." I offered a small decrease in the out-the-door price based on Edmunds' valuation and Kelly Blue Book, and Vinny was downright rude - standing up and walking away several times. I finally just got up and left. So sad, since I had everything lined up and was ready to purchase. Thankfully, I had also found the same model at another dealership. It was so unpleasant and untrustworthy - be wary. More
Rude management. Service, unprofessional. Financial department = warranty not good, not serious in what they tell us. Do not believe in everything they say. Do not g Service, unprofessional. Financial department = warranty not good, not serious in what they tell us. Do not believe in everything they say. Do not get the sales agent located right on the left side of the front entrance. Walk around your vehicle, inspect it from underneath to the top after being serviced, it might have some damage from unresponsible, uncare it of not putting correctly things back. In general, they show friendly attitude but in the end, behind your back, they are very cynical More
Agreed to a 72 month loan to purchase a Telluride. In finance office they added 3 month to make it a 75 month loan hoping we didn’t notice. Be aware. This is probably a frequent occurrence. The manual says thank you for selecting your new Kia vehicle. That they are a global car manufacturer focused on building high-quality vehicles with exceptional value, and Kia is dedicated to providing vehicle. That they are a global car manufacturer focused on building high-quality vehicles with exceptional value, and Kia is dedicated to providing a customer service experience that exceeds expectations. This Kia dealership does not stand behind the customer service experience at all. Poor customer service, communication, after sell made you may be feeling alone. Do not recommend and Dartmouth location same owner. Note: Had the best sales experience however once the purchase is made it may be a different scenario soon. During the purchase there's a check off list that my sales rep made me sign off in advance I didn't have the vehicle in my position to compare I just stated yes okay to everything, and then they offer you your 10K maintenance free if you're willing to put a five-star review on Google for them. A push for a speedy review will not inform people on the dealerships integrity. More
“One dime down any credit” is a complete lie. The guy that helped us seemed super helpful at first. We told him our car wrecked, we needed a new one, but didn’t have any money down. The guy told The guy that helped us seemed super helpful at first. We told him our car wrecked, we needed a new one, but didn’t have any money down. The guy told us the “one dime down any credit” isn’t actually true, and that we were basically stupid for listening to what the ad said. We told him over and over that we didn’t have any money down, and then he tried to put us in this car with a $1500 down payment and tried to rush us into agreeing. When we said we had changed out minds and we didn’t like the deal, he was unbelievably upset and unprofessional. Said we wasted his time and he “deserved an explanation”. Told us we’d never be able to make a deal anywhere else so we should go with his. NEVER GO HERE. More

They got my hopes high and I was very disappointed when I found out draw you in and once your in they hit you with 5-6 thousand dollars down payment. They got my hopes high and I was very disappointed when I found out that I fell for a scam with the one dime down lie. I don't recommend anyone to this dealership. Completely unethical and dishonest. This dealership tried to sneak in a market adjustment fee that was higher than what was listed online, in direct violation of Attorney General Healey This dealership tried to sneak in a market adjustment fee that was higher than what was listed online, in direct violation of Attorney General Healey’s Automobile Advertising Advisory. I saw a 2024 Kia Sportage on Route 6 Auto Mall Kia’s website that I was interested in. The online price shows a $1,495.00 market adjustment fee. I then went into the dealership and worked with salesman Syed Mahmud. Mr. Mahmud tried to add a $4,000.00 market adjustment fee instead of what was listed online. When I informed him that the online price was different, Mr. Mahmud insisted that this was the correct market adjustment fee for this vehicle. Only after I demanded my keys back, so that I could leave, did the dealership attempt to honor the listed price online. More

Previously no complaints but this last experience was terrible. 3 days to get my car back and it only needed a battery. Also was supposed to upgrade the anti theft software and did not complete it, now terrible. 3 days to get my car back and it only needed a battery. STAY AWAY! The worst experience I have EVER had buying a car and I'll be paying for the mistake for the next 4 years. First they sold me a car, great. They put The worst experience I have EVER had buying a car and I'll be paying for the mistake for the next 4 years. First they sold me a car, great. They put temporary plates on it before they had title in hand..ILLEGAL. When the plates inevitably expired they advised me to drive on the expired plates. They still did not have the title and couldn't register it. I refused to drive on expired plates so they gave me a rental and then ignored me every time I tried to get in contact to figure out a long term solution. I had to physically go into the dealership to get any type of answer. They admit that they shouldn't have done a temporary registration without the title and can't actually sell me the car. So I have to give back the car I bought, my trade is had already been sent to auction as well. I was left without a car. My options were take a check from them for the value of my trade or buy another car from them. I was afraid to take the check because the car buying market right now is terrible and I couldn't be without a car. They have nothing used on the lot that is anywhere near comparable to what I bought or traded in. They talk me into a lease. A 4 year lease at that. They talk it up as if they are doing me a favor because of their screw up. I get rushed through paperwork and don't get a chance to read the fine print. Now I'm in a lease for a payment that is much too high for what it is. I'm stuck with the car. What they fail to tell you when you lease from them is that they make it very difficult for you to trade in the lease somewhere else. Carvana won't touch it. Carmax won't touch it. Small dealerships won't touch it. No one will buy you out of a Kia lease because of their fine print. I've leased other cars, this is just a KIA clause. So now I am stuck in a 4 year lease for a car I don't want, for a payment that is higher than I am comfortable with and all because of their screw up. I bet you're asking yourself, well they must have done something for illegally selling her a car and pushing her around for over a month. NOPE! They made the first payment on the lease. That's it. Not a break on the price, no free maintenance, absolutely nothing. KIA corporate is also no help. And if you try to speak with the owner of the dealership, they refuse to get you in contact with him. I have never in my life had a car buying experience this bad. This is my 5th leased car and this is the only time it has ever been this bad. More
