I had provided a $3,500 deposit to Bristol Toyota to renew a three I would like to thank Syed for the excellent service he provided to my wife and I. I had provided a $3,500 deposit to Bristol Toyota to renew a three year lease, and they fell through on their end to provide the vehicle they promised. We went down the street to your place, explained our frustration to Syed (I was probably a little animated with my frustration) and told him we did not have a lot of time. Honestly in less than an hour, Syed showed us a few cars, we told him where our price point was, and i gave him a deposit for a three year lease. We went to Bristol Toyota and got my deposit back, went back for the plates and registration, dropped off the Rav 4, and picked up the Sportage. I was actually in a good mood at that point. Thank you Syed, you do an outstanding job understanding peoples needs. I am certain i will share this story with friends and i will be back at the end of the lease to see you. More
