When we got to the dealership, we had not bought a new car in 20 years and had only test driven 2 others. The staff was very helpful, and thorough in the questions they asked to make sure they got us the car in 20 years and had only test driven 2 others. Krystal was our sales person, but was relatively new, and Jason was very helpful in helping her to answer all of our questions. New cars are quite different than they were 20 years ago, and they were very helpful in explaining all of the new features, and how everything worked. Once we were decided that we were buying the car, someone sneaked the car to the rear of the building, and as we were doing paperwork and contacting our insurance company, the car was detailed, and filled with gas. The were very thorough in explaining all of the controls, and warrantee information and when we left their lot, they were both there to send us off, and give us cards and make us feel very comfortable with any later calls to their office to ask questions. Krystal did call us back a couple of days later to make sure we still loved our new car, and when I called Jason a week later to ask about making our first payment, he was helpful, and very happy to hear that we still love our new car. I told him I get a bit depressed when my husband takes it for over night trips out of town, because, although it is primarily my husbands car, I like to steal it occasionally for short trips to the grocery store.
