The experience was not only time consuming, the customer service was terrible. The vehicle was dirty, had two places with bird poop on the vehicle and the salesman refused to wash it or put gas in it. Als service was terrible. The vehicle was dirty, had two places with bird poop on the vehicle and the salesman refused to wash it or put gas in it. Also because we wanted to put an extra down payment on the vehicle we had to jump through hoops, being told different things by different people. Finally having to return the vehicle so they could resell it to us to adjust the payments and interest rate. Although I appreciate the manager's efforts in fixing the problem I would not recommend drive time to anyone. More
