Hello Fairplay - We are sorry for any confusion, but we only take deposits to hold vehicles that a customer has expressed an interest in. In the nearly 29-years I have been with the dealership, they have never taken a deposit from a customer for a test drive. We understand that the vehicle you had placed a deposit on was sold without your salesperson knowing at the time he took the deposit. We have eighteen salespeople that are all trying to sell vehicles at the same time at our location, so there is alwayss a chance that this could happen. It's rare, but it does happen. We're sorry that you are upset. We cannot change what has already taken place, but we wish you the best in finding a vehicle that will meet your needs and requirements elsewhere.
