How to Lose a Customer in 3 Days This was my first experience buying/leasing a car and it was less than spectacular. The initial test drive and price negotiation were straightforward and painless and I was offered a very good deal on the car, which I accepted. The dealership then convinced me to sign a lease at a higher price the following day, hiding behind Hyundai Finance and using "that's just how they do things" as a reasoning for why my monthly payment had increased overnight. They did not correct their mistake until I became very frustrated with them and expressed my frustration to a manager, who seemed inconvenienced by my problem. I spent three full days in the dealership and did not once receive an apology for the ridiculous way they handled my leasing experience. I will absolutely never do business with Rowe Hyundai again. More

It appeared Ford credit (the bank) needed further proof of our residence, then the information Will asked for and was provided with at the time of our signing. Several documents showing street address & mailing address for my wife were forwarded, but not accepted. As of this review I believe what was finally provided was accepted. But I found this process to be unusual and one which caused undo stress. More
