When I told him I had compared pricing on certain websites, he mentioned t I felt that my sales representative, Keith Jalbert, really listened to me. When I told him I had compared pricing on certain websites, he mentioned them to me when quoting a car, carefully pointing out the price was lower than the exact sites I checked. When I told him I did not want certain features, he searched for a car that would give me what I wanted, not what he had on the lot. Keith is customer focused, not product focused, and that made all the difference for me. I could have gone directly to an out of state dealership and bought the car I wanted; the New Hampshire dealer is open on Sunday and the Maine dealer is not and weekends are more convenient for me. Keith's willingness to accommodate me and continually communicate- he texted me at my request, loaned me a car- made staying with Rowe an easy choice. I did not need to go anywhere else; Keith provided everything I needed. More
